Using Storyline 3, latest update and we have had some weird behaviour, mainly frozen slides. Some slides are interactive questions and other just has video.
I do have custom navigation buttons (prev/next) not sure what it is and if this is related as the course works on my iPhone and laptop but on a tablet it freezes.

Did you publish the course for Web, LMS, or something else?
What publishing format did you select (HTML5 only, HTML5/Flash, etc.)?
Have you noticed a common browser with the users who are experiencing the freezing?
Can you share more detail on the tablet type and OS?

Thanks for your response.
1. Published for LMS > HTML5/Flash
2. Browsers freezing particularly via Google Chrome
3. Tablets are HP Slate 21 Pro and Big Tab, via google chrome is freezing
I have shared this with you privately. Our stores only have access to Chrome so has to work.
We have had most people complete it but then some strange behaviour around the above.

Another issue, the .mp4 files are not playing in Chrome :( via our Android tablet.
Everything else works but our stores have these tablets.
Version: 60.0.3.112.116
OS: 4.4.2, HP slate 21 Pro Build, KOT49H
