Is anyone having trouble with the newest update of Storyline 2 - update 4 taking up a lot of memory on your machine? Any suggestions of what to look for?
Unfortunately, I am not! It is just hanging and not opening. I am trying to figure out if it is a user profile issue or the program. We have it on a remote computer and I can log into it but then it is hanging when logging out for me. The memory is pretty high. It was running around 80,000. I am not sure if that is normal or not.
Perhaps a repair is needed if you are seeing issues in general.
Also, I'm not sure about your environment, but we recommend that when creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Storyline courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.

Hi Lora! Are you getting an error of some sort?
