Hi, I'm trying to share a Storyline project template with just a select group of users within our account. How would I go about limiting viewership of this course template and the scenes within it only with a select population of users? In other words, we need to share with individual users rather than our accounts full population. Thanks!
If you're comfortable maybe you can try using the Articulate FTP feature which would require your audience to access a specific directory in the server that you can share with them.
While this feature hasn't made it on our feature roadmap yet, this discussion is connected to the report, so we'll be sure to notify you when we have news to share.

Hi Thomas,

You can check on this article if it fits your needs: https://articulate.com/support/article/how-to-upload-published-content-to-a-server
I hope that one helps.
Hello Thomas,
Great question! Right now, anyone on the team can view team slides and shared block templates.
I'll share your need for a feature to set folder permissions for team slides and will let you know if we add this functionality in a future update!
I appreciate that, thanks Mick. I'm going to reach out to some folks internally to see if we can make that happen. Thanks again!
Is there any update on this? We have an enterprise team and need to share only with team members in our subsidiary company.
Hi, Maura.
