Storyline v2 and v3 SCORM packages not displaying content

Is anyone else having this issue? We've recently switched LMSs. While migrating courses, we've discovered that a significant number pop up the Storyline player, completed with title, company logo, menu, etc. The audio narration begins to play perfectly fine. And the stage is completely white, throughout the entire course. In the numerous courses in which we've experienced this, we've gone back and published out both a Storyline v2 and a Storyline v3 SCORM ZIP and uploaded them. We've checked from Chrome, Firefox, and IE of varying releases. And we've tested them in both our old LMS (Absorb) and our new one (Docebo). And it's completely spotty...for one person it will display fine, for the person directly beside them using the same course in the same system from the same browser, it will show a pure white stage. They'll both log out and back in and the reverse will happen for each, the next time.

So we've eliminated it being an issue with which version of SL. And with the LMS. And the browser.
