When I want to exit storyline 2 and close the program, it 'freezes'. I have to (alt-delete) and see the program is not responding. Its been doing it for a while now. I haven't reported it because the issue doesn't appear to affect my projects.
I am using a Dell Precision M4800 and all of my adobe products I use are (64bit) programs. Do you think the SL version I have which is (32bit) is causing this issue?

Oh no, Kim! I'm sorry you're running into that, and I'm glad you brought this oddity to our attention.
A simple Storyline 2 repair should do the trick. If it doesn't, I have a hunch the How to Fix Unexpected or Erratic Behavior will!
If you still run into the freezing after those steps, let us know. We’ll get through this together!
