Hi all, When I view a Storyline project with videos, the video just opens a black screen. Borders are still there, and I can hear sound, but the screen is just a black box.
Did you check the other settings for things like which version of Flash you're using? The general system requirements for viewing Storyline content can be found here.
If you'd like to share the file here or submit it as a Support case I can also take a look and see if it happens when I view it.
Hi David! This thread is a bit dated and as you can see we did not get any feedback from Judith. What version of Storyline are you utilizing? Does this happen with all video or just one in particular? Are you able to replicate the issue in a new file? How are you publishing/viewing the content? If you'd like us to take a look, feel free to share the .story file.
