Storyline web object image cuts off while previewing

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to insert a web object (a quizmaker quiz that I published as web) to storyline and replacing it's image with a different one. the goal is putting it afterwards in rise360 as storyline block.
The problem is that in the preview (and also after publishing) the image cuts off and only part of it displayed.
Any ideas?

It looks like there may be a mismatch between the actual size of the embedded object and your Storyline 360 slide size. Can you confirm if the slide size of your Quizmaker 360 quiz is the same as the slide size of your Storyline 360 project?
If they are the same, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at what's happening? We'll delete your files when we're done testing!
