I have downloaded and installed three templates (such as this one: http://community.articulate.com/downloads/p/201864.aspx), and each time I do, it opens in a new version of Articulate (in other words, after I downloaded all three, I have three open versions of Articulate. When I close them and restart the program, I expected to be able to see them under my templates, but none of them are there. How can I make them viewable?
When you opened the templates, they'll appear as a .story file - and you'll want to save it as a .storytemplate file so that you'll be able to use it as a template in future projects. This tutorial describes how to use Storyline templates.
