Storyline Widget

Hello fellow heros,
I am needing some help creating a widget type of interaction whereby the user can scroll up or down to select a series of numbers. To provide a visual example of what I'm talking about, I need something that works like the Android or Apple alarm clock app/widget where the person can select from a range of numbers by clicking the up and down arrows. I considered the scrolling panel feature but I'm not sure how to get the number selected to stay without anything else in the background. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. - Bonita

You could use a variable for hour and min and buttons that changes these with a few conditions
I Made something smiler here using states.
The popup is on a layer and this changes the sate of the object below.
I cannot share the file sorry.
Thanks Trav, great idea. This is almost spot on to what the client wants. I knew I came to the right place. I spent days trying to figure this out and then decided why not ask the really experienced heros.
Thank you Phil. This is a great idea too. This is pretty similar to what I am trying to do because based on the numbers the user selects, the outcome will change.
