I'm not familiar with the Oracle form set up, but Storyline is pretty good at capturing the data of where the user clicks and what they enter while recording. The best way to confirm would be to test it out - and if you don't have a Storyline license yet, you can download a free 30 day trial.
For best results recording web based applications, use Internet Explorer to record your screencast. It provides the richest set of data. (Firefox also works well.)

I have done a course for OOD (Oracle on Demand) Sales System, so should be fine.
Test first!
ADDENDUM - that was "Show" mode only, but no reason why would not also be fine in "Try" mode.
