Storyline2 increases published package size when using FLV whereas Storyline1 has better compression

Hi there,
I have observed that Storyline2 U2 nearly doubles the published video size when using FLV as source videos. This doesn't happen in Storyline 1.
For example I imported an FLV file of size 4.95MB and a single slide course of SL1 and SL2.
And now video sizes in MB are as below:
mp4 output using SL1U7: 2.52 MB (SL1 keeps the FLV format in output as well)
mp4 output using SL2U2: 7.07 MB (SL2 only gives mp4 format in output)
Can someone help me out as I am using SL2 U2 for developing a course thats using nearly 60 FLV files! The total source FLVs are approx. 700mb. I am worried what the output course zip size will be!
Attached are the files if someone wants them for testing.
Regards,
Sandeep
