It sounds like you were having some issues with the player controls not showing up when viewing a course on a laptop at fullscreen. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out what could be causing that!
I tested this out on my end (in Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox) and I was unable to reproduce the same behavior. My player controls were all displaying as they should regardless of the window size!
I had a couple of clarifying questions first to help me understand your situation a little better:
Are you experiencing this issue across all browsers or just one specifically?
Could you share the resolution of your laptop screen and if you are using the recommended settings?
Storyline 360 has a minimum screen resolution requirement. Additionally, some laptops have their scale settings set to a value of over 100%, and scaling the display settings back to 100% usually helps.
