Hi Lisa, when you add a graded question, submit button is added on the player by default. If you want to see if it is enabled, go to the story view --> slide properties and see if "submit" is checked. On the storyboard you can see it in the triggers panel with an action submit interaction. You can alternatively disable this set this trigger on the correct answer so learner doesn't have to click the submit button to submit it. But this disallow the user from rethinking the answer before submission. Hope this helps. :)
