Submit button not working in HTML 5 version of short answer question

Hello!
Has anyone gotten Short Answer questions to work on an iPad?
I'm testing the mobile version of my Storyline course, which includes two Short Answer survey-type questions. The course is being tested from our LMS.
On my iPad, I enter text, tap Submit, and get an "Invalid Answer: You must complete the question before submitting."
I have not added triggers to require a specific amount of text to be added in the text box. This problem does not appear on the laptop version of the course.
Additionally, regardless of the amount of text I enter, the course does not respond when I tap the Submit button in the player. Sometimes it goes through after tapping 5-10 times. Other times nothing happens, no matter how many times.

Hi Melissa! Are you able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within the course or the LMS.

The great news is that we have been re-testing, and it's working now!
There must have been an error in the SCORM package we uploaded initially? Glad it's working well now.
