I have created a course in articulate 360 and published it in SCORM 1.2. My client has SumTotal LMS, when we are testing it in SumTotal then submit interaction of quiz and exit course functionality works fine on all browsers except IE11.
When we are testing it in Scorm Cloud then it's working fine for all browsers.
If your course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I recommend to check in with SumTotal for assistance. It might also be helpful to enable LMS Debug Mode to see the communication flowing back and forth between your Storyline 360 course and your LMS.
