Submitting score oncustom Drag n Drop

Hi all,
I'm having trouble with a Drag n Drop I've created in Storyline 2.
Basically I have 3 drag items and 2 drop zones. The 3 items have a Normal, Correct and Incorrect State on each one. When I drag the an item to the correct drop zone, it will display the correct state (as you would expect). I've set it up so that when all items are showing the correct state (meaning they are in the correct position), the interaction is submitted.
My issue is I can't figure out how to submit the score for the last question... This is one of 5 questions and the passmark only shows 80% correct (so "Wrong", in other words). It seems to not submit the last questions' score.
I did try this with default AND custom feedback items and it still showed incorrect... even when the score was set the same as the others and the pass mark was 100%. So the user needs to get all right to pass.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

The description is not ringing any bells for me.
Would you be able to share the .story file so that we could take a look?
Is the custom drag-n-drop included in the Results slide?
Yes. I've ticked all the boxes for each question to submit to one Results slide. I can't share the file at the moment... 1, because it's sensitive information and 2. I'm snowed in now and can't get to the office. :(
There may be a possibility that the learning may not need to be scored, but I thought it made sense to make sure it can be just in case. Thanks guys.
