I am facing one issue regarding subtitles/caption is not showing in video output, I am generating audio an caption within storyline only and after publishing it as video caption is not reflecting in video.
It sounds like the closed captions are missing from a published-to-video Storyline file. Sorry to hear that, but I'd be happy to assist!
To clarify, have you enabled the caption option in your media player's settings? You may need to manually select the .vtt file for some media players. If that setting is enabled, but you still aren't seeing the subtitles, it would be helpful to have a closer look at your .story file.
