I have seen several issues others have had with Storyline and the Success Factors (SF) LMS. From what I am seeing SF users do not have the correct settings, thus user error.
What I am interested in is whether SF is compatible with Articulate 360?
Articulate 360 supports SCORM 1.2, 2004, Tin Can API and AICC, so as long as Success Factors supports one of those outputs you should be good to go.
There have been a few issues mentioned here in ELH about issues with the SF mobile app which we can't offer support for, but often the other issues in terms of tracking/reporting are resolved with a change of publishing settings in Articulate or settings within SF.
I haven't seen that error, Marco, but a 404 error typically indicates content that is no longer there or a bad URL in general. Have you checked with your SF admin?
