SumTotal 13 News Section - Upload Storyline HTML

SumTotal is our LMS provider, we are currently on Sum Total 2013.  The LMS contains a news section that allows you to upload .htm content to the news section of the site.  It requires a zip file containing a "index.htm" file (see details below).

I want to create/publish a news section in Storyline and upload it as described above.  The issue I am having is that the published output contains the story.html file but no index.htm.  I tried to change the name and extention of the story.html file to index.htm but it does not work when I upload it to the site.

Do anyone have any suggestions on how I could get this to work or if it is even possible?

Hi Oswaldo,

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with that LMS. However, what you've tried is the first thing that came to mind by changing the story.html to index.html.

If it's not working, it may be how the Storyline output reads all the .js, .xml, and .swf files as a complete package. You might try reaching out to your LMS support for more information.

The other thing that comes to mind is it may only support true .html, meaning nothing but .html (no .js, .xml, .swf, etc.)
