I was wondering if anyone is currently using SumTotal LMS and has experienced issues accessing both links and documents in the resources tab? I have checked the links several times, and they work in the Cornerstone LMS, the web and cd versions work as well.
Any tips (other tips and tricks for working with this LMS are welcome, too.)
I haven't heard of a specific issue with this and SumTotal, so hopefully others in the community can chime in here if they have experience with that. In the meantime, have you reached out to SumTotal to see if they have restrictions on links that would open in a new window/tab? Perhaps it's blocking that pop up? Also what about testing in different browsers to see if there is a particular one that SumTotal plays better with than others?
