Survey data: collect and summarise

Mar 27, 2023

Hi does anyone have any experience in setting up a survey in storyline (essentially some likert scales, and the "pick one" interaction across 6 different questions), and then presenting the results in a summary to the user?

I have managed to do this but so far the only options for the summary are:

1. Button to REVIEW RESULTS - which goes back over the 12 slides

2. Button to PRINT RESULTS - which creates a pdf table but one which is quite basic and ugly.

I want to route the results into a 2-slide summary that I have already setup - which is more appropriate for the context and more representative of the hard copy that is also used in the industry sector (Equine Welfare). Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for reaching out!

You can try searching for sample project files from the community by visiting this link. There you'll find some Storyline 360 files covering a wide range of designs and functionalities.

Additionally, if you're interested in checking out how graded Likert Scales can be setup, I've attached a sample project file which you can use as a reference / starting off point.

I'll let the community chime in with their own solutions to share!
