Survey Help Please

I need to gather info from students about their learning styles. So I have 3 sets of 10 questions. I need to be able sum up the amount of questions they answer in each set of 3 (Visual/Audio/Physical).

I have created the questions with check boxes, but how can I add a score to each questions and 0 to questions they don't answer?

I have used a 'Pick Many' slide to create each set of 3.

I also need a results slide which will display a result linked to the set most ticked.

This will identify the students learning style.

Any help would be much appreciated.
