I'm building an add-on to a RISE course in Storyline and I want the three hooks on the first page to swing from side to side on entrance. I've tried with motion paths etc but i cant seem to find a way to get them to swing while staying in a central pivot.
In order to get the hooks to pivot at the eye, the eye would have to be the center of the hook image. In photoshop, I edited the hook images so the eye was the center.

That is very cool! Using the Spin animation like that makes it really smooth. Thanks for helping me out!
