Synchronization problem between animation and video

In Storyline, the video tells the user to type into an input field and press a button. The field and button appear while the instructions are being given. At the end of the instruction, the timeline pauses (at a cue point).
On Review 360, the video tells the user the same instructions, but the input field and button appear later than they should, as does the pause. I did not use the seek bar.
I created a video with Replay 360 that demonstrates this. The first two clips are of the problematic part of the slide in Storyline and on Review 360 (Firefox). The third and fourth clips are of the entire slide in Storyline and on Review 360.
I am attaching the slide on which the problem occurs.
I would like to know how to synchronize the video with the timeline so the objects appear and the timeline pauses at the appropriate times relative to the instructions given on the video.

Thank you for sharing the file! I've tested the course in Review 360 using Firefox and Chrome, and unfortunately, I'm not running into a similar issue. The text entry and button appear and the timeline pauses.

Thanks. I tested the link, and the playback is even further off. While the timeline pauses right after the text input and button appear, they were supposed to appear much earlier relative to the video, right after I said "I'm going to give you a chance to type something on the keyboard." You can see the desired behavior in StoryLine.
I was able to work around the problem by splitting the slide into two slides. While I'd still like to know why it happened so I can fix it in the future, it is moot and might not be worth spending more time on.

Thanks for following up and sharing how you were able to resolve the issue! I just wanted to add-in my experiences as well.
In using Chrome 86, the text box appears when the word "type" is mentioned and the "I'm done" button appears when you say "I'm done".
It seems the course is functioning as expected in Review 360. Have you tried using a different browser to see if you get different results?
It does seem to work properly in Chrome. Go figure.
