Talking Avatars in Storyline

Can you recommend some software (if any) that allows animated avatars, who's mouth can be synchronized with  voice over and exported to Storyline?

I know there's quite a few such software, but most of them exports only Flash files, which don't work on OS. Are there any talking avatars that can talk even in OS devises?
