I now have a second person on my team. How do I best collaborate with them. How does the "team slides" functionality work? I am able to create a new folder but everything else is empty and it does not let me create a new project.

You can easily collaborate on Storyline courses with a library of shared slides. Team members can upload and download slides, scenes, and entire projects right within Storyline 360.

Hi I'm creating some team slides for a team member who is going to start using Articulate for the first time but they are not bringing in the correct story size of the project they were created in. I need them to keep the size I've set them to.
When bringing in Team Slides into your project, the design of those slides will inherit the Story Size of the project. To bring in the correct size, you'll want to make sure the Story Size matches the Team Slides size. You can see what size a project is on the Team Slides page:
