I imported a PPT presentation into Storyline and the source template is there with no problem on existing slides. But...it's not all there when inserting new slides (e.g. quiz slides). The template background color is there but not the header or footer. I tried pulling them off the slide master view but they are embedded into the slide so I'm not able to copy/paste into the storyline presentation. Any ideas??
If this is only happening for question slides, it may be because there isn't a sub-master slide for "Questions". You may want to try inserting a new question slide, or modifying the default question sub-slide so that it matches your imported master.
Of course, having said all that, I may have the wrong situation in mind.
If you're still having trouble with this, can you share the .STORY file?
