Hi. Maybe someone can help. I've downloaded templates opened them in Storyline but they do not appear in my template drop down list. I have even manually placed the downloads in my template folder but they still aren't visible in my template drop down. Can anyone assist?
I'm in the same situation. I'm using the trial version and downloaded templates. They show that they are downloaded but won't let me open them. Even after trying to move it to another folder etc.

Are you sure, those files has template extension. If not try opening these file as normal you do and save them as template.

Hi Jo! Are you working with .storytemplate files or .story files?

Are you receiving an error of some sort? Could you share one of the files you're having difficulty with?
