Test Bank Scenario - Is this possible

Here is what I'm trying to accomplish:

• I have 4 questions in a test bank. 
• I need to ask one of them randomly. 
• If the user gets it wrong, I want to display the next random question in the bank.   
• If they miss that one they get a new question asked, and so-on. 
• If they miss all 4, then the questions are rotated again, and they have to keep trying to answer until they get 1 correct. 
•  If they get 1 correct at any time, they can continue to the next slide.

Is that possible with the test banks, or do I need to create some custom branching scenario?
