Test mode not reacting online

Hi there,

I've created a module that begins with 3 slides to set up a scenario.  Then, learners are let to an interactive opportunity to try working on our internal systems.  This was done using a "test" mode with screen recording.

When I publish the output, it works perfectly.  However, when I link this exact same output to our internal Intranet, the screen recording isn't reacting.  So, the first step is that the learner is supposed to click "unsuspend".  If they do, nothing happens.  If they don't, the feedback tells them to click "unsuspend".

Does anyone know why this would work perfectly from the shared drive, but not on our Intranet, even though both are linked to the exact same file?  I've posted "test" mode screen recordings before with no problem, so I don't believe the issue is in our systems.
