Testing Knowledge of how to use a Fire Extinguisher

I’m new to Articulate Storyline 360 and could use some help on an interactive scenario that I’m developing. See the image below, please.

The learner needs to click on image hotspots in the correct order, as numbered in the image. If they click out of order, they get a message and need to start over. If they click on the correct hotspots in the right order, they put out the fire successfully. How might I go about doing this in the easiest / simplest way possible? ---

(note: numbers here are for planning purposes, and wont’ be used in the final slide)
