I'm stumped! I have instructions on a slide that instruct the user to "Click Next to Continue". When the file is published and put on Articulate 360 Review or uploaded to our LMS, this text changes to "Click PGVZ to continue".
I'm assuming you have all these fonts installed but I don't so I get this message when I open your file. It says that text may not display correctly when previewed or published.
I published and uploaded to Scormcloud and it's rendering correctly for me if though I don't have those fonts installed.
The LMS is Topyx from Interactyx. I don't think it's a language or other setting on the LMS because I'm seeing the same thing in Articulate 360 Review.
Well, I certainly see the behavior using your Review link. This was after re-publishing?
Are you using the latest update to Storyline 360? Curious if that's why we are getting different results. It's not the browser since we are using the same one and you could not replicate in my file.
I think this is moving in the right direction. I turned on Modern Text and the text displayed correctly in Articulate 360 Review. Sadly, it did not display correctly when uploaded to the LMS.
I am using a lot of triggers on this slide. The triggers enable the next button once all the tabs are in the visited state. Also, when clicked, in the full version, the slides link out to lightbox slides.
Just as a test take the bold off 'NEXT' and see if that makes a difference or have you tried creating a new project file as a test with the same text on a few slides use a couple of different fonts to see what happens.
How odd! Taking the bold off does the trick. However, our style guide has us bolding clickable items. (I wonder if anyone would notice.)
There must be some logic behind the fact that bolding the word Next makes it display different text when uploaded to the LMS, but honestly, it's beyond me.
Good idea. Yes, there is a bold font. And yes, it does work, which is a great workaround for now. It's not really practical to change fonts every time I need to bold something.

Hi Lynn

Sorry I can't be more help.
Hi Lynn,
Do you experience the same result with my published output here?
This is what I see:
If you are still seeing an issue, please let me know what browser you are viewing in.
No, I'm not seeing the issue on your file. What font did you use? Our company branding dictates the fonts I'm able to use.
I did not change anything in your file. So, it looks like you have TM Sans in place there.
Can you try republishing to see if the issue is corrected for you as well?
I republished and the issue is corrected locally. However, when I upload to 360 Review or my LMS I'm getting the same results--Next displays as PGVZ
Curiouser and curiouser Lynn...
Can you share your Review link with me? What browser are you viewing in?
Thanks for your help with this. Here's the link: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/0bfde214-3070-4af2-8887-7d9c852543f6/review
I'm using Chrome.
Which LMS are you using Lynn? It’s not some language or obscure setting in the LMS that needs tweaking.
The LMS is Topyx from Interactyx. I don't think it's a language or other setting on the LMS because I'm seeing the same thing in Articulate 360 Review.

Yes, this was after republishing. I believe I'm using the updated version. I got the latest update recently--within the last week or so.
I'm using Build 3.13.15006.0, and the details can be found here.
Here's how you can check:
Thanks. I have the same version.
Hmmm, thanks for the update. Lets's try something else Lynn.
Can you turn on Modern Text and see if that works better for you? Details can be found here.
I think this is moving in the right direction. I turned on Modern Text and the text displayed correctly in Articulate 360 Review. Sadly, it did not display correctly when uploaded to the LMS.
My goodness this one is giving you a tough time.
What about in SCORM Cloud? Does it work as expected there? We may be back to Wendy's suggestion about how the LMS may be handling this now.
I apologize for the back and forth - you're trying to stump me with this one :)
Yes, this is a tough one. It works fine in SCORM Cloud.
Hi Lynn
if you access your LMS through a browser trying clearing the cache before you upload the latest zip and see if something may be getting stuck.
:-(
I cleared the cache, deleted the original upload and re-uploaded the file. Sadly the results were the same.
I am using a lot of triggers on this slide. The triggers enable the next button once all the tabs are in the visited state. Also, when clicked, in the full version, the slides link out to lightbox slides.
Bummer Lynn.
Just as a test take the bold off 'NEXT' and see if that makes a difference or have you tried creating a new project file as a test with the same text on a few slides use a couple of different fonts to see what happens.
Sorry this is being such a pain for you.

Wow, this is quite the adventure. Thank goodness for Wendy :)
Is there a bold font for the font you need Lynn? You may need to install that one as well.
Good idea. Yes, there is a bold font. And yes, it does work, which is a great workaround for now. It's not really practical to change fonts every time I need to bold something.
Hi Lynn
once you've used it once in the project is should be available in the Recently used dropdown list in the top section
- not ideal but it is obviously a limitation in your LMS - perhaps go back to Interactyx and let them know the issue it's causing you.
