I am having an issue with text sizes changing in Storyline - text formatted to size 12 Open Sans, with a reference variable included in the text line. Upon reviewing the entire line of text is very tiny, although the text on rest of slides remains the correct size.
I've attached two photos to demonstrate the difference in text sizing.
Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, what solutions did you find?
Hi there, Erin. I definitely see the difference in your screenshots! Text boxes with variable references aren't working this way on my end, though. Could you share your .story file with me so I can have a closer look?
If not, let me know about what type of variable you're referencing, and what the settings look like here using the "format shape" option when right clicking on the text box:
