Text Entry auto fill answers

Hi there,
We are experiencing something we haven't seen before in a Jumbled Words activity we run in our courses.

We have a list of 10 words in a page and the learner has to type in the correct answer into a text entry field. 

Occasionally, one two or all words are appearing as an option to auto fill when the learner places the cursor into the Text entry field. I have just previewed one such lesson and each word came with an correct answer prompt. 

Has anyone else reported this issue with text entry?

Obviously we need this resolved asap as the course is live.
