Text entry field not working

I have a Articulate 360 project that was just uploaded to our LMS and the text entry field works on PCs but not on MacBooks. You can not enter any words at all in the box. Any reason this would be happening?

I'm currently using a Mac and haven't run into any issues using text entry fields. Which browser are you viewing the course on? 

I've created a sample file for you. Do you mind taking this quiz on your end and letting me know if you can type in the text?

Hi, I encouter the same problem. The text entry fields in my Articulate 360 project don't work on MacBooks. It does work on other PC's. My testers cannot enter any words at all in the box. It doesn't matter if its uploaded to the LMS of by a review link. Weird thing is, when I create the review link from a Macbook, it does work... Does anyone else has the same problem? How can I make sure that my exports work for MacBooks?

I'm also a Mac user and have never come across this issue. Here's a sample content I've just tested using the Mac version of Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.

 

When you publish your course for online viewing (Web, LMS, or Review 360), the content produced is in HTML format, which can be viewed on any of our supported browsers.

 

I'd like to get some more details from you so that we can look at what you're seeing and find a good resolution. Would you be able to share them here with us or send along to our team here?
