We had trouble figuring this out so I thought others might benefit from our solution. It allows you to have a text entry interaction (not using a quiz question) and use the Tab key to submit the answer. The advantage of having the interaction not be in the quiz is you can also have a blinking cursor (as long as any screenprint is on a master slide).
