I have a Try it Scene with text entry boxes. My issue occurs when the user clicks the Prev button and returns to that slide the data is currently entered(cookies I am guessing). Now the user is confused and does not know what to do, is there a solve for this?
From what you described it sounds like it may either be a caching issue or the revisiting settings for the slide. If you or your learners view the slide multiple times and see this issue, it might be a good idea to clear your browser cache.
If you see this on every attempt to go back to the text field, then it's probably the revisiting settings for the slide. Try changing this setting to "Reset to initial state". This should cause the slide to load as if it's the first time it's been displayed to the learner - meaning, the field should always be blank.
If that doesn't work for you, are you able to share the .STORY file here? I'd be happy to take a look and see what may be causing the problem. If the file is too large, you're welcome to upload the project to a file sharing site and share the link. I recommend using Dropbox.
