Text is being highlighted by default

Hi All,
For some reason when I insert a text box the default setting is that the text is highlighted in white. When I go and select no colour for the text box it removes the highlight from the text but not the Bullet points.
Can anyone explain this? see screen shot

I'm happy to help! I've tried to recreate this on my end, but I do not see the same behavior. Would you mind sharing either your file or a screen recording of this behavior?
Lastly, are you seeing this with every text box, or is this only occurring with this specific text box?

Thanks for picking this up. Please see attached file. It does happen on every text box even new ones and even the title place holders. This project was not always behaving like this.
I have opened a new project this morning and the highlighting in text box DOES NOT occur as a default.

Thank you for sharing your project! I understand what you're referring to. I saw that the theme you're using is causing the highlighted bullet points. Here's the theme!
It looks like you have multiple of the same theme. Could you select one of the themes to the right? Those don't have the highlighted bullet points.
