When I create a new slide / quiz and begin to enter text, I cannot see the text on the slide. The text only shows up on the timeline for the object. How can I fix this? I have made sure that the text color is black, but I still do not see anything. The only way to see the text on the slide is to go into preview mode.
Any help is appreciated. I have attached a screenshot.
Hmm, this is a strange one! Is this the only Storyline file that has disappearing text, or does it happen in any Storyline file?
Can you also check that you on the latest update of Storyline 360? Click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.13.14869.0 in the bottom-right corner.
