We are using articulate to create interactive presentations for our college. When students access them online, much of the students complaining that text runs out of the screen and they cannot see the full contents.
This is not the situation with every students, others sees it well as it is suppose to be.
It sounds unusual that not every student is seeing it - so I think we'd want to look at the system requirements for viewing Storyline detailed here. Are you able to replicate the behavior yourself? Is it happening on every slide?
