It's a bit of extra work but you could export the audio as MP3 and then slow it down using an online service (https://mp3cut.net/change-speed for instance) and then reimport the slower MP3. It's a bit of a pain but as far as I know in Articulate there is not such a (much needed) feature. It's a pain if you have CC though. Probably not what you wanted to hear but hope it helps.
