I'm creating a course that after watching a video, users must enter incorrect procedures within separate text fields. Is there a way to create a "if textbox contains ***** then" trigger, rather than "if textbox is equal to"? I would like to use this for a search feature as well...
You could use a javascript that checks the text entry string for keywords. See this example here. If the entered text contains words like "good", "great", "creative", "awesome" or "interesting" then positive feedback is displayed, otherwise negative feedback is shown.
This thread is a bit older, so I'm not certain that Michael is still subscribed but you could use the " contact me" button on his profile page to reach out to him directly to see if he had any information to share.

Thank you, Michael for responding and providing an example. I will try this.
Thanks for the example Michael. I am trying to do something very similar, could you please share some of the javascript code?
Hi Yoni,
This thread is a bit older, so I'm not certain that Michael is still subscribed but you could use the " contact me" button on his profile page to reach out to him directly to see if he had any information to share.
Thanks Ashley, will do!
