I have no conditions, nor timeline setting and still my next button won't enable me to move forward. I have restrictions on the menu but not for every slide. Please help!
Otherwise if you want to upload your story file someone might be able to take a look at your setup and see if they can help you...just make a note of the particular slide you are having issue with.

if you are using a restricted menu, you will need to wait until the timeline ends before you can progress.
