I've played this tutorial three times and each time it stops at 7:14 minutes into the presentation. Has anyone else reported this problem? Is there a fix I can try on my end or just go on to the next tutorial? Thanks!
I was not aware of an issue nor do I have an issue when I look at the tutorial now. You could try clearing your browser cache, insuring that you have default settings in your browser, updating Adobe Flash, and/or Java. Let us know if you need further assistance.
I can no longer download Overview of Storyline to become familiar with the interface, I only half watched it and when I go back to it, it is no longer underlined in the tutorials and won't open. Please help.
