The player playing back - white border

I have been using adobe captivate 5/6 version and now I'm trying, with the help such

as forums like this, I solved many of problems. Now I'm learning articulate, now a host

of all other problems to solve. one which is driving me nuts at the moment is, In trying

it out the player, I have made my slide got rid of the player controls, and yet I still get this

white border around the slide inside the player, what the hell is going on, no doubt

I will be back on here talking about pause & mute buttons

Hi James and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community. Do you have any slides at all using a player button? Maybe a quiz slide that uses the built-in Submit button?

Do you have a screenshot of the area you are wanting to remove?

I do not have any buttons showing, well not yet anyway. my page size is: 420X977. the page looks fine

on the stage , when I publish to CD format/SWF the white border appears around what is the orginal page appearing

on the stage page. I have looked at all the settings, I have no player controls on the finshed page?

the white border is about 10 -20 pixels thick inside the windows frame

OK..I think you can fix that by setting a few of the background elements to be 100% transparent. This article shows the specific items to change and how to change them.
