The training platform can not retain the completion status

Hi all,

I have just launched a new training with a test at the final and even though I pass the course and I close the course the status of the course is not tracked in the platform.

The platform asks me to take again the course and only after 3 or 4 times that I retake the last slides of the course the status appears as completed in the platform.

Could you please advise me? Is it something wrong in the course or is it a platform problem?

Hello Irina!

I'm happy to help! It sounds like you might be using an LMS, and the LMS isn't reporting the completion.

Which LMS are you using? Also, how are you publish the course? SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, cmi5, or TinCan.

There is a good troubleshooting article here about reporting/tracking issues within an LMS. You may also want to test the course at SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is reproducible there; if not, you could share those results with your LMS team.
