Third audio won't play...

...is it because I am mixing *mp3 with *wav or something else?  I have a slide with three option selections, one correct, two incorrect.  I have three audio clips on the slide.  The introduction to the slide, a correct audio clip, and an incorrect audio clip.  As there are two incorrect options, the incorrect audio should play twice.  The issue:  it only plays one time on the first selection, not on the remaining selection.  Any ideas as to the issue here?
