Timing out

I made some minor revisions to last year's annual safety training and had it mounted on Success Factors, our LMS. Nothing about the quiz or the completion process changed, but according to our training team, we are having timing out issues which causes people not to get marked complete at the end of their quiz (so someone has to manually mark them complete). We also have reports of lagging on some pages during the training which then results in those who experience the lags unable to complete the training. Any idea what might be causing this? For the record, several of us tested the training before we went live with it, and we were all able to complete/record the training. This was created in Storyline 3. Thanks...
