TinCan xAPI - statements and collecting data

Nov 07, 2016

Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to xAPI and TinCan world. I've learned a lot of what it can do and where data gets stored, and stuff.

I'm trying to figure out where and how TinCan statements needs to be written in order to have specific data tracked in an LRS.

Thanks!

Thanks! I've seen this page in many many posts. However, it doesn't really help me figure out what else I need to do other than publish for Tin Can.

I may be a little unclear, as I'm still trying to figure out what more I need to do to find my way to the realm of data that comes with tin can xAPI.

I tested an eLearning I did on scorm.com and looked at the LRS to see what's happening in there. However, It only showed some info on each slides that are part of the course.

I was hoping to see more info related to actions taken in the different layers on each slides. Objects clicked, url visited from the content, documents opened (embeded in the content), etc.
