My question is: how can I track the time of the course viewer, I mean how much time spend with the course and how can I set the minimum time need to finish my course?
There isn't a way to track the overall time that someone spends in a Storyline course, but there is a built in timer to stop a quiz within Storyline after a predetermined amount of time, described here. I'm not sure if you have a quiz in your course, but did want to point that out as an option.
